PARTIAL DESIGN
This design service is perfect for individuals with with a do-it-yourself kind of spirit;
For folks working within a budget that need assistance sourcing product and designing the layout. We work with you to create a digital design board and shopping list with links, then we turn it over to you to order and install!
Everything is done efficiently through email, with one round of revisions included.
The process can go as quickly as 4-5 weeks, 3-4 weeks for the initial design and an additional week for revisions and final delivery.

GETTING STARTED
To get started on your partial design project, take our questionnaire and tell us about yourself and the space(s) we can help you with.

DESIGN TIME & REVISIONS
We will take your design information and begin creating something beautiful! We will create a design board, curate a shopping list with each item linked and attach a layout plan. This process can be as quick as 4-5 weeks, 3-4 weeks for a design and one week for a single round of edits.

YOUR FINAL DESIGN
When the final design is complete we will hand off your design board and shopping list! Additionally, we provide styling tips and how-to’s for all our partial design clients.

CONTRACTOR GRADE FLOOR PLANS
COLOR PALETTE DEVELOPMENT
DO YOU PROVIDE FLOOR PLANS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF DRAWINGS?
We focus on selections and inspiration images, and a layout guide. Your builder, finish carpenter, cabinet maker, etc. can measure your space in person and provide detailed drawings and mock-ups.
For the standard partial design package, we give the direction with the selections on what the finished project needs to look like, with options to add on elevations or floor plans for an extra fee (priced for the space).

CAN YOU SELECT HARD FINISHES LIKE PAINT, FLOORING, PLUMBING FIXTURES, ETC?
Yes we can and we do. We also can help with fireplace facing, cabinetry, and countertops. If there is a link to the product we will provide one or you can take our selection for flooring for example down to your local flooring provider and they can source a similar product.

WHAT IS A "ROUND OF REVISIONS"?
We ask for you to add all edits/questions in one email. For example: Can I have another option for a paint color, art, and a different rug would count as one revision. Please allow 1 week for edits.

CAN YOU INCORPORATE SOME OF MY EXISTING PIECES?
Yes! We are very familiar with that request and are happy to include pieces you’d like to keep. And/or if you aren’t sure and are open to replacement item just say so on your form. For items you’d like to keep we can add them to your design plan. If it's something that is currently available online, we'll ask you to include a link to the item.

WHAT IF I'M NOT SURE OF MY BUDGET?
It is helpful for us to have a number that you are hoping to stay within, but if you are are open to spending more for quality pieces let us know. As a reminder, you get to make the final decision on what you purchase and what you don’t!

ALL INFORMATION IS COMMUNICATED VIA FORM AND EMAIL?
Yes! We have the form and process down to a science, along with the experience to help you plan your space.

DO YOU HELP WITH COMMERCIAL PROJECTS?
At this time, we are not taking on commercial projects.

DO I GET SOMETHING TO SHOW MY BUILDER/CONTRACTOR?
We do not include contractor grade floor plans in the standard partial design package. You do receive a layout that includes the measurements you sent us for your space. It is up to you to work with your contractor on more specific measurements, pricing and materials. With that being said, you do have the option to add on a contractor grade floor plan or elevations, priced according to the space.

WILL YOU DO A SITE VISIT AND SEE MY SPACE?
With the standard partial design package, no. However, you do have the option to add on a site visit, where we can take pictures and/or measurements ourselves. These add ons are also priced per room.

WHAT IF I'M RENTING OR PLAN TO MOVE IN A FEW YEARS?
That's perfectly fine! We would focus on quality furniture and decor that are easily transferrable to a new home.

HOW MUCH DOES PARTIAL DESIGN COST?
